Educational Background and Career Achievements
Dr. Anthony Dirr earned his doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2007 and holds a double major in biochemistry and molecular biology from Purdue University. Before becoming an optometrist, he worked as a research chemist at Procter & Gamble. After graduation, he completed a residency in ocular disease at the Cincinnati Eye Institute in 2008.
Specializations and Services
He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Ohio Optometric Association. Dr. Dirr focuses on general medical optometry as well as pre- and post-surgical care. He is also interested in contact lenses. With Dr. Dirr on staff, we have expanded our office hours to include evenings and Saturdays.
