Dr. Kaitlin Ackinclose attended Saint Vincent College in Pennsylvania, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then earned her Doctor of Optometry from the Ohio State University College of Optometry.
Professional Experience and Interests
While in optometry school, Dr. Ackinclose was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa, the optometric honor society, and received a student fellowship from the American Academy of Optometry.
Dr. Ackinclose completed clinical rotations at Columbus Ophthalmology Associates and the Cincinnati VA Medical Center, where she provided comprehensive eye care, fit contact lenses, and managed ocular disease. In her free time, Dr. Ackinclose enjoys reading, baking, golfing, and spending time with her family and friends.
Educational Background and Career Achievements
Dr. Anthony Dirr earned his doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2007 and holds a double major in biochemistry and molecular biology from Purdue University. Before becoming an optometrist, he worked as a research chemist at Procter & Gamble. After graduation, he completed a residency in ocular disease at the Cincinnati Eye Institute in 2008.
