Eye problems range from mild to severe. Some are chronic, while others may resolve on their own. If your eyes do not feel right, look normal, or see clearly, schedule an eye exam.

Some common eye conditions we treat include astigmatism, dry eye syndrome, and presbyopia. For information about cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy, please see   Eye Disease Management.

Please book an appointment with our practice if you have any concerns.

Common Eye Conditions We Treat

Astigmatism

Astigmatism is a common eye condition corrected with eyeglasses, contact lenses, or, in some cases, surgery.

Presbyopia Treatment

After age 40, many people begin to have difficulty reading and performing tasks that require near vision. With age, the eye’s lens becomes less flexible, making it harder to focus on close objects. This condition, called presbyopia, affects most people as they age.

  • Dry eye syndrome (DES) develops when your eyes do not produce enough tears to keep the surface properly lubricated.
