We use this high-tech equipment to diagnose, monitor, and treat both anterior segment disease (e.g. “pink eye” or viral conjunctivitis) as well as posterior segment disease (e.g. diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration). As with many chronic or serious conditions, surgical intervention may be necessary at some point.
